Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies to join our team.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices and processes, empower cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by promoting collaboration, transparency, and efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.

- Remove impediments or blockers that affect the team's productivity and progress.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

- Monitor team performance metrics and Agile KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.

- Promote Agile best practices and standards across the organization.

- Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate team members on Agile frameworks and practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development or IT projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.

- Proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to influence and motivate team members towards continuous improvement.

- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, etc.

- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

- Ability to adapt Agile practices to different team dynamics and project contexts.

- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
