About the Role

We’re looking for a Prompt Creator — someone who can turn ideas into precise, high-impact AI prompts that bring stories to life across image, motion, and sound.

You’ll collaborate with our creative directors, writers, and AI video editors to design and generate visual and narrative outputs using cutting-edge AI tools. If you think in visuals, love experimenting with AI, and can translate creative direction into structured, vivid prompts — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative and film teams to understand campaign concepts and storytelling goals.
  • Write, test, and refine prompts for AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Kaiber, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.) to generate videos, images, and animations.
  • Develop AI-assisted storyboards, concept frames, and motion ideas that align with brand tone and visual style.
  • Work closely with AI video editors to iterate on outputs, ensuring creative quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a repository of effective prompt styles, outputs, and learnings for future projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools and trends in generative video and film content creation.
  • Translate creative briefs into structured input templates that AI tools can interpret effectively.


You’ll Fit Right In If You:

  • Have a strong creative sensibility and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Are familiar with AI content tools (image/video generation, voice, or text-to-motion).
  • Are comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and structured thinking.
  • Can communicate clearly between creative teams and technical tools.
  • (Bonus) Have experience in video editing, art direction, or copywriting.

  • ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude for scripting & ideation
