Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Prompt Engineer located in Chennai. The Prompt Engineer will design, develop, and optimize conversational AI models and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting effective prompts, fine-tuning model performance, conducting rigorous testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role involves ensuring high-quality outputs from AI systems and staying updated on advancements in AI technology to improve product performance.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills: Experience with AI/ML frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and programming languages such as Python
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to evaluate AI model outputs, troubleshoot issues, and analyze data to optimize performance
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset: Attention to detail for crafting precise prompts and performing thorough system testing
  • Preferred qualifications: Background in computer science, engineering, or related fields; previous experience working with conversational AI
