Overview :


- We are seeking a talented and creative Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team.

- As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites.

- Your role will involve translating design concepts into functional websites using Webflow's design and CMS tools, ensuring an excellent user experience, and optimizing site performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Website Development :


- Build and launch responsive websites using Webflow, adhering to design specifications and company branding guidelines.

- Design Implementation: Convert Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design mockups into fully functional Webflow websites.

- Custom Code Integration: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow's capabilities when necessary, adding custom interactions and features.

- CMS Management: Set up and manage Webflow's CMS to allow for easy content updates by non-technical team members.

- Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring websites are optimized for performance and cross-browser compatibility.

- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.

- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and deliver completed projects on time.

- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow features, web design trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Webflow: Demonstrated experience in building and launching websites using Webflow, including a portfolio of completed projects.

- Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Coding Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code integration within Webflow.

- CMS Experience: Experience setting up and managing Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content.

- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design details and ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with E-commerce: Knowledge of Webflow's e-commerce features and experience building online stores.

- Knowledge of SEO Best Practices: Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques for optimizing Webflow sites.

- API Integration: Experience with integrating third-party APIs into Webflow projects.

- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills for creating web assets, icons, and illustrations.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Equivalent experience will also be considered.
