About the Job
Job Title: Junior Mid UI & Visual Designer
Location: Pune

We are on the lookout for a motivated Junior-Mid UI & Visual Designer to join our dynamic team of 12 designers who focus on UX/UI/branding for diverse projects. While our headquarters are based in Shoreditch, London, this role will primarily operate in our India office, requiring the designer's presence three days a week.


Responsibilities:
- Develop UI designs, ensuring precision and adherence to design system components.
- Produce design specifications and contribute to project design systems, presenting designs to the team effectively.
- Create visually appealing assets like graphics and user-friendly design elements, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and new technologies to drive innovation and enhancement.
Must have:
- Solid understanding of UI principles and ability to apply branding styles across various assets.
- Proven track record as a UI/Visual/Brand Designer, showcasing graphic design and prototyping skills.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and webflow (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant design field or equivalent practical experience.

- Passionate about creating captivating transitions and animations for a magical user experience.
- Experienced in Motion Graphics.
