We are looking for a
Junior UI Designer with an eye for visual design to join our team to design and develop strategic products that address complex workflow challenges

What you'll be doing:

  • Create visual design mockups and prototypes as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviours
  • Create presentations, landing pages, promotion materials (banners, simple icons, pictograms, animated GIFs, etc.)
  • Define, develop innovative visual design concepts across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and crossfunctional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating on UI solutions
  • Create wireframe/prototype and new UI elements of the product
  • Improve and refine existing elements of the product
  • Develop a Design System and Design Guidelines
  • Meet or exceed the Design team's culture and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 1,5+ years of experience as a UI Designer, or in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Demonstrated visual design capability that is attractive and polished


 English
  • Upper Intermediate;

Instruments:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma;
  • Proficiency using UI prototyping/design software: Axure, ProtoPie
  • Be familiar with Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Principle, InVision/Marvel App
