We are seeking an experienced RPA Automation Engineer proficient in UI Path or Blue Prism to join our talented team in Hyderabad. As an RPA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of RPA tools, process analysis, and implementation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UI Path or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop automation workflows, scripts, and routines based on defined requirements.
- Configure automation processes and objects using core RPA tools.
- Test and debug automation workflows and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on automation capabilities.
- Document automation processes, solutions, and modifications for future reference.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Automation Engineer or similar role with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path or Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
