AI Agent Engineer(2-4 Years) | Noida(Onsite/Flexible work mode)

Keyskills: LLM-powered applications or agentic systems, Strong proficiency in Python, AI-agents(LangChain and/or LlamaIndex), RAG, Vector databases (Pinecone / ChromaDB / FAISS), FastAPI or Flask for API orchestration, Integration OpenAI or HuggingFace models, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Strong debugging, problem-solving, and evaluation of agents


⭐ What You’ll Work On

  • Build and scale LLM-powered conversational agents & autonomous workflows across our Tutor, Coach & Buddy products.
  • Develop RAG pipelines, contextual memory systems, embeddings, and tool-use logic.
  • Integrate multimodal capabilities – text, voice, image, video – into learning assistants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise UX, agent behaviour & pedagogy alignment.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, moderation & personalisation.
  • Continuously experiment with emerging LLMs, frameworks, SDKs & APIs.
  • Contribute to our internal AI Agent SDK, reusable components & Dev tooling.
  • Support A/B testing, telemetry, analytics, safety, hallucination reduction initiatives.


⭐ Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years building AI/LLM-based apps, chatbots, or agentic systems.
  • Strong understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG.
  • Hands-on with Python, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace.
  • Experience with API integration, FastAPI/Flask, and databases (MongoDB/Postgres).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent design patterns & evaluation metrics.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD: GitHub Actions/Jenkins
