What is the role?We are looking for a brand strategy leader who will work closely with the senior leadership team toestablish and chart out the overall brand communication, content marketing strategy and its tactical execution adhering to marketing goals that result in driving brand awareness and profitable growth.The incumbent will be a creative leader with deep consumer understanding and extensive experience in the product / service lifecycle management.Key responsibilities: Develop brand strategy and define the company's annual marketing roadmap both online andoffline. Drive Share of voice with an aspiration to be a category leader. Serve the role of brand custodian for all communications & content from tactical, internal,external to social media by creating brand marketing playbook & guidelines. Analyse performance and the ongoing trend of key content metrics, develop audience insightsand a deep understanding of the BFSI industry to build a content communication strategy acrossmarketing channels. Conduct content deep-dives and compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areasfor optimization and improvement. Conduct analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators in partnership withcreative and business teams. Brief external and in house creative teams on content requirements and ensure brandguidelines are adhered to. Define core TG, value proposition & elasticity’s around core benefits & create short, long termbrand content strategy. Create cadence for consumer research, competition research and brand tracking on core brandattributes & full funnel criteria. Liaise with design and media agencies to share brief on the campaign; review execution toensure adherence to SLAs and monitor quality of execution Manage and control the brand portfolio budget. Create monthly, quarterly and annual plans ensuring budget vs. actual compliance on spendinputs, leads & outcome metrics. Develop & execute customized plans for both top line and bottom-line growth of company. Develop and manage a fit-for-course agency network, in house team to ensure effective andefficient execution of brand strategy across mediums eg. Digital, Radio, TV, OOH etc. Plan and execute branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities for the brands. Set, monitor and report on team goals Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)What are we looking for? Should have a degree in marketing, business administration. MBA with at least 6 years of work experience (ideally in planned / high involvement categories) Ability to understand consumer journey’s & intervene to drive brand salience. Ability to balance creativity and analytics. Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends and best practices. Team player; ability to partner and negotiate with cross-functional team to successfully deliverclient needs Prior experience leading a team is a must, as is the ability to motivate and rally a team around acommon vision Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries Experience building communications strategies to deliver business KPIs highly desirable
