Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Infertility Counsellor to join our team at the Nellore branch.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, while those with 3–4 years of experience in infertility counselling will be given preference.

• Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) in simple, understandable terms.
• Provide empathetic, confidential, and professional counselling to couples and individuals undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment.
• Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
• Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
• Handle patient queries empathetically — both in person and through phone or digital channels.
• Maintain accurate counselling notes, consent forms, and patient communication records.
• Prepare daily/weekly counselling reports for review by the clinical and administrative heads.
• Ensure proper coordination and communication between patients, clinical teams, administrative departments, and marketing teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience and smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, having completed a hybrid-mode program will be an added advantage.
