You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that scale across millions of customers.Key Responsibilities1.Build AI Products That MatterDevelop and operationalize models for:Trading signals & pattern recognitionMarket data insights & anomaly detectionCustomer segmentation, churn prediction & behavioural analyticsRM advisory co-pilot workflowsFraud & risk-scoring enginesIntelligent onboarding, KYC automation & document understandingDeploy seamlessly using robust MLOps pipelines.2. Bring GenAI Into the CoreBuild GenAI/NLP/ML workflows for:Automated support & agent-assistBack-office automation & compliance workflowsContact center conversation intelligenceCross-sell insights, lead scoring & personalised campaigns3. Integrate AI Into the Real WorldConnect models with:Mobile & web trading platformsMarket data systemsCRM, RM dashboards & advisory toolsBack-office, OMS/RMS & internal APIs4. Own Data & Model PerformanceWork across market feeds, trading logs, behavioural signals & customer journeys.Drive feature engineering, A/B tests & continuous optimizations.Monitor model drift, retraining cycles & production stability.5.
