Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying guest post opportunities, building relationships with website editors and bloggers, and securing high-quality backlinks through strategic guest posting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify relevant websites and blogs for guest posting opportunities in line with our SEO and content strategy.
  • Outreach to website owners, bloggers, and editors via email or social platforms to pitch guest post ideas.
  • Collaborate with content writers or create high-quality, engaging, and original guest post content tailored to target websites.
  • Ensure backlinks are naturally integrated into the content and meet SEO best practices.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, target sites, published guest posts, and contact details.
  • Monitor the performance of published guest posts (traffic, backlink status, domain authority, etc.).
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and Google algorithm changes related to link building and guest blogging.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of proven experience in guest posting, link building, or content outreach.
  • Understanding SEO, backlinks, domain authority, and Google Webmaster Guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, or similar.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing or SEO agency setting.
  • Knowledge of different industries and niches.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms like WordPress.
