This is a critical leadership role where you will develop our existing talent, strategically expand the team, and take full ownership of the marketing engine that drives Boostmyshop's global growth. You are a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and diving into the data to optimize performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are obsessed with delivering measurable results.What You Will DoTeam Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and expand our marketing team in Pondicherry, starting with our talented foundational members. You will be responsible for their professional development and for strategically hiring new talent to meet our growth objectives.SaaS Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth, leveraging your deep experience in the B2B SaaS market.Performance Marketing Mastery: Own the strategy, budget, and execution of all paid (SEA, Social Ads) and organic (SEO) channels. You will be relentlessly focused on optimizing for conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).Innovate in Next-Gen Search:Go beyond traditional SEO. Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for AI-driven search and conversational AI optimization, ensuring Boostmyshop stays ahead of the curve and dominates the search landscape of tomorrow.Data-Driven Execution: Define, monitor, and report on all marketing KPIs. You will live in the data, using tools like GA4 to analyze performance, derive actionable insights, and drive every strategic decision.What We Are Looking ForDeep Expertise in B2B SaaS Marketing: This is our most critical requirement. You must have a proven track record of success (4+ years) in a senior digital marketing role at a B2B SaaS company, with clear, measurable achievements in pipeline generation and revenue growth.Proven Leader & Mentor: You have demonstrated experience leading and developing marketing professionals. Your passion is not just hitting targets, but also building and elevating the people on your team.Hands-On SEO/SEA Expertise: You possess a strong, practical background in both organic and paid search. You know what it takes to win in a competitive digital landscape and can guide your team with credible, hands-on knowledge.AI-Forward Thinker: You are actively analyzing and forming strategies to leverage the impact of AI on search and marketing. You can speak confidently about optimizing for this new paradigm.Bias for Action: You are a "doer" who acts with urgency, pivots intelligently, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
