Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure and Operations Management (ITIC), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.

- Implement and maintain integrations with other IT systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow.

- Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure solutions align with business needs.

- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configuration and integration.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

- Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

- 7 to 12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.

- Strong knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure and Operations Management (ITIC), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management or other relevant specialties.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other ITOM modules.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
