Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai


What You’ll Do

  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to identify business opportunities, forecast trends, and personalize client outreach.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns that exceed expectations.
  • Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions with clients.
  • Track project performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor insights to add value to every client interaction.


What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in a digital/creative agency).
  • Proficiency with CRM and AI tools (HubSpot AI, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) for lead management and insight generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns with confidence and clarity.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful client experiences.
