Job Description:

• Should have worked in complex manufacturing environment.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry (preferably in Electronic Manufacturing )
• Good technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management and COGS tracking
• Should be able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Act as a Business Finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business teams.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of driving process improvements and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• SCM finance manager who is having very good working knowledge in SAP/Similar ERP.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada is desirable .
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 -15 years
• Education: CMA/MBA/CA/BE with production engineering or similar qualification
