Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role:
We're on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team at Alt Dash. As part of our marketing center of excellence within the Turbostart venture capital ecosystem, you'll play a key role in steering growth and maximizing ROI for our startup clients through data-driven paid marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies across various channels, including SEM, PPC, retargeting, social media, and display advertising.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using performance data and industry standards.
  • Manage paid campaigns hands-on from start to finish, from setup and ad creation to targeting and ongoing enhancement.
  • Show expert proficiency in popular paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure seamless integration of paid marketing efforts with overall strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and optimize bid strategies for maximum visibility.
  • Improve landing pages, checkout flows, and conversion funnels to boost user experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement remarketing campaigns and advanced targeting methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of proven performance marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management software.
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of CRO techniques, audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience strategies.
