Responsibilities

:1.

Hiring:
Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff for all branches of India. Manage the performance and conduct of employees and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Optimization of Manpower:

Develop and implement HR strategies to optimize the workforce, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for all branches.

Ensure effective utilization of human resources to maximize efficiency and productivity. In case of excess manpower, the same is to transferred or reduced.3.

Training and Development:
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge for all branches. Ensure that employees receive adequate training and support to perform their roles effectively.4.

Reward and Recognition:
Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to promote employee motivation and job satisfaction for all branches. Ensure that employees are recognized for their contributions and achievements.5.

Statutory Compliances:

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labour laws, tax laws, and employment regulations for all branches.

Manage compliance audits and ensure timely filing of all necessary forms and reports.6.

Helping out every center to make a profit center:
Work with center management to ensure profitability by optimizing staffing levels, controlling costs, and implementing revenue-generating strategies for all branches

7 Good Communicator:
Develop effective communication strategies to ensure that employees are informed about company policies and procedures, and are able to provide feedback and suggestions

8 Computer Literate:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR technology and tools, and use them to enhance HR processes and systems. Knowledge of Excel Mandatory along with Google forms and Google sheets.9.

Go Getter:
Proactively identify and resolve HR issues, and implement solutions to improve HR processes and systems

10 Self-starter:
Take initiative to develop and implement HR initiatives, and work independently to achieve HR goals and objectives

11 Diplomatic:

Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and tact, and ensure that conflicts are resolved in a professional and diplomatic manner.12.


Understanding of Establishing Corporate Culture:

Work with senior management to establish and maintain a strong corporate culture, and ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with the company's values and goals.13.


Travelling is an essential part:
Travel frequently to different branches to oversee HR activities and ensure consistency across all locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in human resources managementStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAge below 45 yearsThe HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Management and will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals.

The job requires skills to handle at least manpower along with Professors, Teachers and Admin Staff.
