Position Overview:


As a
Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive exemplary service and have a memorable dining experience.

You will oversee the service team, coordinate with kitchen staff, and attend to the needs of our guests with professionalism and courtesy.


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in making informed dining choices.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and train waitstaff to ensure they deliver highquality service.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to waitstaff and ensure they are carried out efficiently.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to uphold service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Order Coordination:

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Monitor the progress of orders and address any delays or issues proactively.
  • Ensure that food and beverages are presented attractively and in accordance with restaurant standards.

Guest Satisfaction:

  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Solicit feedback from guests and use it to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Upselling and Revenue Generation:

  • Promote specials, seasonal dishes, and beverage offerings to increase sales and enhance guest experience.
  • Encourage guests to try additional menu items and suggest wine pairings or upgrades.
  • Maximize revenue through effective upselling techniques while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a finedining restaurant or upscale hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Salary:
Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
