Position Overview:

As a
Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive exemplary service and have a memorable dining experience.

You will oversee the service team, coordinate with kitchen staff, and attend to the needs of our guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in making informed dining choices.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.

Team Management:

Supervise and train waitstaff to ensure they deliver highquality service.
Assign duties and responsibilities to waitstaff and ensure they are carried out efficiently.
Motivate and inspire team members to uphold service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Order Coordination:

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Monitor the progress of orders and address any delays or issues proactively.
Ensure that food and beverages are presented attractively and in accordance with restaurant standards.

Guest Satisfaction:

Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
Resolve guest complaints or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
Solicit feedback from guests and use it to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Upselling and Revenue Generation:

Promote specials, seasonal dishes, and beverage offerings to increase sales and enhance guest experience.
Encourage guests to try additional menu items and suggest wine pairings or upgrades.
Maximize revenue through effective upselling techniques while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in a finedining restaurant or upscale hospitality establishment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Customerfocused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Salary:
Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
