About Us:
Medulla focuses on advancing medical education and clinical practice by utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to deliver personalized learning experiences for medical students and support clinical decision-making for medical professionals.
What We're Seeking:
We are in search of a motivated individual who is eager to learn and take action, capable of utilizing real data to analyze business trends and capitalize on opportunities. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction, ready to address the changing needs of our clients, and possess exceptional communication and leadership abilities, we want you to join our team. The ideal candidate should be adept at working independently and collaboratively to navigate the dynamic industry landscape.
Additional Information:
- Stipend: INR 7K to 12K per month based on performance.
- Potential for full-time employment after completion of internship period.
- Additional incentives linked to generated sales revenue.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Remote position with the possibility of working from our Kozhikode office if necessary.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Work Hours: 8 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
Role and Expectations:
- Learn and implement sales processes to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks.
- Build and nurture client relationships, effectively addressing their needs.
- Expand client base through digital marketing strategies.
- Create business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Explore new market opportunities through research and analysis.
- Present pitches to potential investors and participate in networking events.
- Acquaint yourself with all Medulla products and services.
- Engage in networking activities to establish connections with potential clients.
- Recommend product/service enhancements to meet client interests.
- Review and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Skills/Requirements:
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand and address client needs and requirements effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing new online tools and platforms for client engagement.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness with exceptional research, networking, and leadership skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales is a desirable asset.
- Proficiency in technology, productivity tools, and software applications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Identify client pain points and offer suitable products/services to generate revenue.
