Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting of Legal Documents
  • Registration of Legal Documents.
  • Handling issues regarding recovery from the customer and
other parties

  • Drafting Notices, Reply, Petition, Suits and other documents
related to the litigation matters of the company.

  • Drafting notices related to Arbitration, Litigation & Recovery.
  • Obtaining required Licences/Approvals under Shops and
Establishment Act, Contract Labour Laws, Provident Fund Act, etc.

  • Providing assistance to HR Department for compliance of
Labour Laws and related legal issues

  • Governance and supervision of various committees
  • Imparting training to local team on Corporate Policies and
mechanism to report any incident of violation

  • Monthly filling of Provident Fund (P.F.) Returns, Professional
Tax (P.T.) Returns, ESIC Returns & Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Half
Yearly Return, and Contract labour License New & Renewal.

  • Handle PF & ESIC Inspection and close Inspection Report
successfully

  • Liasoning with all statutory authorities of Central & State
Labour Dept., PF Dept. & Maintaining good official rapport with the
Govt. officials with courtesy visit like ALC, ALO, etc.

  • To maintain and prepare Attendance report of Third Party
Payroll employees.

  • Attending the court case to the summon issued against
Company

  • Additional responsibilities as and when required or added
  • Maintain all site labour records
  • Maintain payroll register contractor wise & Employee wise
  • Coordinate with different consultant
  • Office Admin (All companies asset management)
