Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of Legal Documents
- Registration of Legal Documents.
- Handling issues regarding recovery from the customer and
- Drafting Notices, Reply, Petition, Suits and other documents
- Drafting notices related to Arbitration, Litigation & Recovery.
- Obtaining required Licences/Approvals under Shops and
- Providing assistance to HR Department for compliance of
- Governance and supervision of various committees
- Imparting training to local team on Corporate Policies and
- Monthly filling of Provident Fund (P.F.) Returns, Professional
Yearly Return, and Contract labour License New & Renewal.
- Handle PF & ESIC Inspection and close Inspection Report
- Liasoning with all statutory authorities of Central & State
Govt. officials with courtesy visit like ALC, ALO, etc.
- To maintain and prepare Attendance report of Third Party
- Attending the court case to the summon issued against
- Additional responsibilities as and when required or added
- Maintain all site labour records
- Maintain payroll register contractor wise & Employee wise
- Coordinate with different consultant
- Office Admin (All companies asset management)
