Sales

Our Sales team is the largest revenue-generation department at United. They work closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, and corporate clients.

Job overview and responsibilities

Discussing requirements with stakeholders, provide them consultancy for automations and creating User Stories/ BRD's for the same. Supports Senior Analyst with developing and delivering a range of enhancements and system administration support for a set of products used by United within Salesforce supporting Sales systems and field sales teams around the world.

Supports Salesforce applications and liaises with multiple programs, product and sales team leaders to determine current and future CRM needs and enhancements Manages the inbox for general questions such as system outage, password resets or system access and how-to guidance daily. Presents and lead sessions and requirement workshops, based on Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods.
Should be good in requirements writing and requirements review along with Acceptance Criteria's. Ad hoc projects, as needed, for database clean-up and synchronization Manage the administrative work associated with our customer-facing application, responsible for the banking responsibilities, movement of funds, voids and transfers/ data loads as needed. Supports the lead analyst with designing, configuration, customization, QA and implementing Salesforce applications Manages multiple work priorities and creates timelines and development goals

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology or 4 years of relevant work experience 2 year + in a company as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst. Previous work experience with discussing and writing Business Requirements Experience working in an agile software development environment Completed Salesforce 'Trailhead' courses (Salesforce Platform Basics, Data Modeling, Data Management, Lightening Experience Basics, Features and Customization) Excellent communication skills and should be able to discuss the requirements with business stakeholders and be able to get information needed to process requests on time Proven comfort and thoroughness with program entry requests Experience in building flowcharts using Visio/ similar softwarews. Be adept at juggling several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization Exhibit fluent written and spoken English
