Compunnel is hiring for Human Resources Business Partner for our Noida location. This position is an onsite role.

Shift timings:
12 PM 9 PM IST

Job Description:
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business managers. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.
G., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce, and succession planning. Performs other HR-related duties/chores as assignedQualifications: Bachelor's degree 6 8 years of experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suiteInterested candidates may share their resumes at or call at
