Positions:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Customer Chats and collect Query Requests from Customers of the portal and report to the management
- Lead generation on Potential Chats
- Maintain and track all customer records as per the process
- Ensure all the queries and issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Customer Relationship Management
Desired Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both Voice & Non-Voice)
- MS Excel and Good Typing Skills
- Immediate Joiner
Academic Qualifications:
- Non-IT Graduates
- Any Graduates
- PG not mandatory
