Customer Service Executive

- Retention of the policies
- Following up with different teams to resolve client queries at the earliest
- Handling Inbound Calls Maintain AHT, hold time, productivity and quality
- Lead generation
- Handling endorsement cases wrt Health and Motor policies and ensure that the same is communicated
- Registering health and motor claims
- Following up with claims team and resolve the discrepancy if any by following up with the customers
- Arranging inspection for motor endorsement and renewal cases
- Arranging medical checkups for health policies
- Handling escalation calls
- Sending AHT, schedule adherence reports to the team on daily basis
- Managing team renewal data and get the policies issued
- Managing RTM, short breaks and lunch breaks for the team
- Assisting and training OJT officers
- Keeping track of team renewal, retention and lead data so as to meet the KRA
Punching and updating payment, details of packages in Salesforce
Coordinating with customers, logistics, sales team, therapist for any reference and queries.
Creating tickets of escalated clients.
Looking for compliances
Sale and upsell of new products.
Salary:
Up to ₹450,000.00 per month
