Job Brief:
Fisdom'sResearch Department is seeking a bright technical analyst with personalitytraits aligned with a quality-focused and result-oriented culture.

Thetechnical analyst is expected to represent the department across internal andexternal forums requiring opinions on a variety of subjects related to Indianequities and associated derivative strategies.

The technical analyst will havethe right to express conviction around the subject matter but will beduty-bound to ensure that the highest degree of analytical rigour isimplemented.

The analyst is expected to be passionate about the subject alongwith a vision to develop the technical analytics desk as a performance andthought leader in the segment through strong performance delivery, tightadherence to processes and development of high-quality research collateral.


Job Description:
Analyse and closely track equities, indices,bonds, commodities, and currencies using technical tools.
Generating medium/long-term trading recommendationsand developing trading strategies based on technical calls.

Creating detailed Research Reports with marketoutlook and recommendationsPrepared detailed research reports on thetechnical outlook of various asset classesRecommended long-term investment ideas and short-termtrade picks for internal stakeholders.

Involvement in client acquisition and presentationof reports on market strategy and investment recommendations.

Develop a strong team of technical analyststhrough the effective use of technology, people, and processesMaintain research registry along with logs ofrecommendations developedContinuous monitoring of recommendation strikerate with an objective to achieve industry-leading rates.

Develop written SOPs and process manuals toensure the scalability of the function.

Requisites:
3+ Years of Experience in Technical Analysis.
Experience with an established stockbroking firm is preferred.

Hands-on experience in excelProficiency in using technical analysis software(s)Expertise in various chart patterns andtechnical market indicators in all segments of the market and various indices.

Ability to identify the market trend throughtechnical analysis.
