Role Overview:

This position focuses on providing technical support for the OT Vulnerability Management Program, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OT vulnerability lifecycle management, maintaining a risk-based approach throughout.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing the OT Vulnerability Management Strategic Roadmap and Plan
  • Execute OT VM Processes and establish guidelines, standards, and metrics
  • Implement OT vulnerability prioritization frameworks
  • Conduct remediation tracking meetings, explain vulnerabilities, and suggest solutions
  • Evaluate zero-day/emergency vulnerabilities and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with OT-VM vendor to provide day-to-day support for customers

Minimum Experience:

10 years of relevant experience with a focus on Information Security and OT Vulnerability Management. Proficiency in OT technologies, remediation processes, and strong communication skills are crucial.

  • Knowledge of OT technologies to assess security vulnerabilities
  • Expertise in OT VM program execution and standards implementation
  • Strong communication skills for engaging customers in remediation activities
  • Conflict resolution abilities to navigate remediation challenges effectively
  • Capable of balancing security requirements with business objectives
  • Proficient in risk assessment and escalation procedures
  • Willingness to support incident response team as required

This role plays a vital part in influencing business outcomes by addressing security vulnerabilities effectively. Communication is key when interacting with stakeholders across different departments.

  • Proficient in conflict resolution for motivating customers in security remediation

Preferred Experience:

12 years of experience with a focus on Information Security and OT Vulnerability Management.

Minimum Education:

University degree or equivalent qualification
