The Sales Operation Controller works with planning, coordinating, and implementing sales operation strategies and processes. It drives activities such as analyzing sales data, sales and pipeline forecasting, setting targets and quotas, enforcing sales training and development programs, and streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

About the role:

Is responsible for sales and operations controlling at Vizrt Group.

The role will develop reports, tools, dashboard and provide actionable analytical support of the operations for the business units within the group.


Tasks and Duties

  • Provide intelligence to the leadership team optimizing the results
  • Perform detailed analysis of KPI's, growth trends, pricing, cost development with suggested actions for improvement
  • Build and maintain relevant reports and dashboards for the leadership and sales team, support the leadership and sales team in usage of the reporting tools
  • Evaluate attachment rates and uplifts for support contracts
  • Provide database to move customer to subscription model
  • Maintain and analyze installed base
  • Secure data quality and CRM solutions
  • Improve and simplify reporting processes. Prepare reporting for monthly reports, board presentations, employee & customer meetings, pipeline reviews and forecast calls
  • Support and drive parts of the sales budget and business plan processes
  • Follow up sales and marketing campaigns

Supervision Received

This position will require you to work very closely with sales leaders, operations leaders and finance department but is part of the groups Revenue Operations organization.

Be proactive and work collaboratively across functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in business or finance or relevant field
  • 35 years' experience in a similar role with sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience efficiently querying primary data and developing meaningful analytics
  • Experienced user of CRM solutions, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Driven, independent and proactive way of working
  • Analytical, structured, well organized and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of in a matrix organization
  • Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
