Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to a designated list of contacts to promote our jewellery collections and special offers.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Effectively convey the value, quality, and design of our jewellery.
  • Schedule appointments for showroom visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in our database management system.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic sales team environment.

Pay:
₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
