  • Analyze research results to guide product strategy, design choices, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with different teams to turn research findings into actionable recommendations and design solutions for an enhanced user experience.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other tools to effectively communicate research insights and user requirements to stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess the performance of our platform through user feedback, usability tests, and data analysis to optimize designs and user experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in e-commerce and user experience research to drive product excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in user research within the e-commerce sector, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in various research methods and tools like usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to convey research findings and recommendations to diverse teams.
  • Experience with agile development practices and working in cross-functional teams.
