Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for source control management, branching strategies, and release management in Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for Salesforce code and configurations.
• Manage and optimize the Salesforce development environment, including sandboxes, scratch orgs, and version control systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, performance bottlenecks, and other Salesforce platformrelated issues.
• Implement security controls and compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Salesforce data.
• Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance our development and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Salesforce development and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on DevOps practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.
• Mandatory certification in either Copado or Autorabit DevOps platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Handson experience with version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on automation and process improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security and compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA is a plus.
