We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our outstanding sales team

As a KAM, your role will involve lead generation, sales calls, database management, and achieving sales targets.


  • Researching potential clients and creating leads
  • Contacting customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Addressing customer inquiries and issues
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Compiling regular reports
  • Delivering sales presentations to various clients
  • Account mapping and at least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in IT/Software sales

Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree, MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and connections in the BFSI sector are an advantage
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent career record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Effective negotiation and problemsolving abilities
