As a KAM, your role will involve lead generation, sales calls, database management, and achieving sales targets.
- Researching potential clients and creating leads
- Contacting customers via phone, email, and in person
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Arranging meetings with clients
- Compiling regular reports
- Delivering sales presentations to various clients
- Account mapping and at least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in IT/Software sales
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree, MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
- Strong communication skills and connections in the BFSI sector are an advantage
- Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent career record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Effective negotiation and problemsolving abilities
