Overview:

As a Senior Key Accounts Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities, strengthen client loyalty, and drive business growth within the sector. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to develop strategies, execute plans, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our key accounts.

Role & Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client's industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all key account inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue and market share within key accounts.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and initiatives to meet account-specific goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive profitable business outcomes.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the sector.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor key account performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing account performance and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize account strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and exceed expectations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering product recommendations, industry insights, and strategic guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
