Functional Product Manager – TEM

He/ She will report to the Senior Functional Product Owner for TEM process and work closely with multiple operational and financial stakeholders. The Product SME/ Manager drives TEM projects and engages with finance and reporting communities across various levels in execution, Platform, Country Clusters, to ensure aligned approach to IT developments or enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
Act as subject matter expert for TEM (travel expense Management) Work closely with the TEM project team, manage the Travel product roadmap Act as the overall Functional product owner for Travel expense Booking tools and other Travel and Expense solutions. Expert in Travel technology including implementations, architecture, and strategy Experience of implementing and owning Travel and Expense solutions end to end Previous experience improving efficiencies through the development of travel systems and technologies. Strong ability to create new processes and procedures to improve department efficiencies and overall cost reduction and reduce change management impacts. Ability to develop new and adapt existing processes for increased quality and efficiency. Experience in reporting and analysis of travel data Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Strong communications skills, influencing and negotiation. Excellent written skills with ability to express complex topics and problems effectively. Create clear and comprehensive user stories (independently created, from a user perspective, with clear acceptance criteria) Own and maintain process landscape; monitor, prioritize and optimize existing processes Define business requirements and related changes that support process solutions for NFTP Use agile and lean principles and practices in process designing/solutioning and continually align process performance with overall business goals Create, manage and prioritizing process/product backlog Capture and map user stories Facilitate backlog grooming activities Collaborate with stakeholders within Finance, Operations and IT Provide support to the execution teams viz process related queries Aris mapping of the process E2E with risk and control identification Translate risk, GIA/ GRC findings into IT solutions to ensure compliance needs are always addressed. Able to create and measure the process maturity by qualitative and quantitative matrices such as process documentation (L5 SOP), Standardization, compliance & identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for enhancement in business architecture. Continuously improve the process Standardization Index (PSI) and process automation index (PAI)Skill Set:
10-12 years of work experience in Travel expense management process owner, preferably as BPO (or in a similar role) Strong understanding of TEM SAP functionality and configuration (preferable) Experience with SAP system/S4, Excel, ARIS and PowerPoint Familiarity with Scrum/Agile is a plusCore Competencies:
