ZETA specializes in designing, constructing, automating, and certifying equipment for aseptic liquid production processes in the biotech and pharmaceutical fields. Biopharmaceutical substances such as anticancer agents, insulin, vaccines, and infusions are manufactured on these highly intricate 'tailor-made' facilities.

We are seeking applicants for the following roles:

INSTRUMENTATION / B.E

  • EEE/E&I/ECE with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in ATEX Compliance
  • Strong capacity for quick learning and effective communication

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding P&ID and Plant layout drawings
  • Comprehending URS/Project specifications and aligning project deliverables accordingly
  • Selection and detailed engineering of field instruments like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, DO, and conductivity
  • Preparing a bill of materials for instruments with detailed specifications
  • Sending inquiries to vendors for all bought-out items
  • Reviewing vendor quotes based on inquiries
  • Calibrating instruments
  • Conducting loop checking
  • Overseeing panel integration, testing, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests
  • Willingness to travel to project sites for site acceptance tests or any service needs
