Urgent opening for
Quality Engineer required For a Manufacturing Industry

Primary Job responsibilities:

  • Perform inward inspection of materials as per the defined standard
  • Monitor & analyse rejection & rework in the processes
  • Perform firstpart approval for the components based on the defined standards
  • Coordinating in deriving the standards out of existing production processes
  • Investigate all customer complaints
  • Identify the root cause and respond with corrective action
  • Ensure predispatch quality inspection is done to ensure the right product is dispatched to the customer
  • Develop and execute statistical process control tools and techniques.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data

Requirements:

  • Fresher Graduate/ 12 years experience
  • Brief Knowledge of fabrication processes
  • Basic knowledge & exposure in handling QC Instruments such as Vernier, Height Gauge
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
  • Knowledge of Geometrical Dimensions & Tolerance
  • Basic knowledge of using 7QC tools
