  • Align with Product Owner and IT Lead on content, timing and status of demands (incl. epics and user stories)
  • Work in SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events
  • Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view and their related reporting.
  • Create and Maintain technical documentation, including solution design, system configuration and data models
**Technical skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent.

  • 6+ years of experience with full salesforce implementation (Service or Sales Cloud) **.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
  • Proficient in Designing Scalable Solutions using Apex Triggers and its framework, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, SOAP/Rest API Integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment ideally with SAFe experience.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and technologies.
  • Specific experience with at least one of the areas is valued: Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni channel or Knowledge Management.
  • Experience with online collaboration tools (ideally Jira/Confluence/Mural)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues or business stakeholders, present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to be flexible and work accurate and outcome based, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure, multitasking environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to partner with both technical and nontechnical peers and stakeholders, to interact with various levels of management, and to promote cross functional collaboration
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application or System Architect are highly desired
