Primary Purpose:
To deliver lessons following the designed programme, corporate strategy, and guidelines, using materials and methods that engage students in a meaningful learning experience.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Primary Responsibility:

- ACADEMICS
- LESSON DELIVERY
The Teacher's responsibilities include:
- Being prepared for each lesson plan
- Introducing lesson plan objectives logically and clearly
- Incorporating various teaching aids and resources
- Using creativity and humor to establish connections with students
- Communicating effectively with correct language and grammar
- Managing time efficiently

- STUDENT ADMINISTRATION
The Teacher should:
- Treat students fairly and objectively
- Tailor teaching to individual student needs
- Maintain discipline and standards for student behavior
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress
- Ensure all students have opportunities for success
- Implement disciplinary measures when necessary
- Monitor student hygiene and health matters
- Communicate with school Coordinators and Principal when needed

- Classroom Functioning
Duties related to Classroom Functioning:
- Create a conducive learning environment
- Establish a positive relationship with parents
- Coordinate with Special Educators when addressing student issues
- Report significant incidents to the grade level coordinator

Daily Duties:
- Record student attendance and daily activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Ensure the classroom is conducive to learning
