Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and communicate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. SAP HANA Expertise: Utilize advanced SAP HANA skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data efficiently and accurately. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and decision-making. Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable insights to management. Management Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas of opportunity. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. Ad Hoc Analysis: Support ad hoc financial analysis requests and special projects as required by management.Qualifications:
A qualified Chartered Accountant is a must 8 to 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency in SAP HANA and demonstrated ability to leverage SAP HANA for financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Why to join:
