We are looking for passionate and motivated Business Development Associates to join our Marketing team (IT Industry). The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities:
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Candidate will be responsible for providing sales expertise to the customers and channel partners.

Prepare sales collaterals (e.g., Presentation, Proposals, Cost sheet and Product Brochures) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing department.

Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
Consistent follow-ups with clients to develop long-term relationships.
Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.

Understands the customer requirements to align and put them in scope with Kran's product portfolio to provide solutions meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Feeding back the market needs/trends to the business team for future product development cycle.
Build relationships with prospective clients, maintain consistent contact with new leads.
Manage sales pipeline.
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employer's systems and processes, and then documenting themBuilds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.

Contribute to team with ideas and suggestions.
Candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical sales expertise to the customers and channel partners.
Attend meetings to keep colleagues informed on the progress and opportunities

Qualifications & SkillsUG:

Any Graduate in Any SpecializationPG: MBA in Industrial Relations, Marketing (preferred)Good verbal & written communication skills (especially in Hindi & English).Strong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsBusiness case & Business plan development.

Proficiency in MS OfficeMust be willing to travel to other States for lead generationShould have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment.
