Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities for silica sand in specified locations
  • Handle prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Develop & procure new vendors and maintain relationships for sustainable business growth
  • Contribute to sales strategy development and implementation
  • Lead negotiation processes and ensure successful deal closures

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or mineral industry.
  • Strong understanding of silica sand products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
