Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Beam Saw Operator to join our team.

The CNC Beam Saw Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining beam saw machinery to cut and shape materials according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine operations, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:
o Operate CNC Beam Saw machinery to cut wood materials.
o Adjust machine settings to ensure precise cuts according to specifications and blueprints.
o Load and unload materials onto the machine safely and efficiently.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
o Perform routine maintenance on the beam saw and related equipment.
o Identify and troubleshoot any mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
o Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure safe operations.

Quality Control:
o Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
o Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure high-quality output.
o Record and report any defects or inconsistencies in the materials or finished products.

Safety Compliance:
o Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
o Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
o Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of production quantities, material usage, and machine maintenance.
o Complete production reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.
o Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent required.
o Previous experience operating CNC Beam Saws or similar machinery preferred.
o Basic understanding of machining processes and materials
o Previous experience in woodworking industry a plus

Skills and Competencies:
o Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
o Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
o Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
o Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions:
