Job Purpose

  • Implementation of varied audits to ensure adherence to processes, policies, standards, and guidelines in all technology operation domains
  • Conduct on-ground audits of 5 to 10% of ongoing activities
  • Generate audit and compliance reports needed for audit preparation
  • Encourage corrective actions based on audit discoveries

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Execute audits and compliance activities as per calendar for various domains such as RAN, MTX/Transport Hub, UBR sites, Transport, Enterprise, Core, and Fibre
  • Identify areas for improvement by ensuring audits are implemented across domains and sharing recommended actions
  • Validate technology operational expenses for accuracy, including payouts against agreed SLAs for services procured, highlighting any necessary corrections to CTO
  • Conduct monthly audits of tools, asset movements on relevant platforms, and report gaps for correction
  • Conduct monthly audits of PTW, planned work, technology assets, work quality, and various reporting elements within and outside the circle, sharing findings with gap analysis
  • Ensure compliance with ground-delivered mitigations through sample audits
  • Report observations on governance portals and monitor them until closure
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Providers and partners to address identified gaps and expected mitigations through circle's concern VH
  • Ensure scheduled and quality PM for all domains as per standards, assisting VH in tracking observed punch points and resolving them, including actionable items with IP partners
  • Ensure new nodes, Fibre rectifications, and additions comply with necessary procedures before going live

  • 8-10 years of experience in various technology operation domains in service provider/OEM environments
