As a Dispatch Manager, your job is to make sure our products are delivered to customers on time and in perfect condition.

You will work with drivers and other staff to plan and organize deliveries. You will also keep track of deliveries and ensure they are completed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning Deliveries: Schedule deliveries to customers and make sure they happen on time.

Coordinating with Drivers: Communicate with drivers to give them delivery details and instructions.

Checking Products: Ensure that the products being delivered are intact and without any damage before they leave the warehouse.

Tracking Deliveries: Keep track of all deliveries and make sure they are completed correctly.

Customer Communication: Contact customers to let them know when their deliveries will arrive.

Problem-Solving: Handle any issues that come up during deliveries, like traffic or delays.
-
Record-keeping: Keep accurate records of all deliveries and update them regularly.

Safety: Make sure that all safety rules are followed during deliveries.

What We Need from You:

  • Must have completed at least 12th grade
  • 13 years of experience in managing deliveries or dispatching in the relevant industry is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer skills for recordkeeping.
  • Ability to plan and organize deliveries.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and calmly.
  • Willingness to work with drivers and other staff.
