BSG - Solution Architect responsible to support Sales team in terms of understanding and meeting customer's requirement right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.

  • Conceptualize & develop technocommercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, using existing or new technologies
  • Consulting, Facilitation and Selling Skills
  • Cross Selling, Business Growth & Building new product lines.
  • Design of profitable, optimal and replicable Technical Solutions
  • Technical Presentation to customers
  • Closely work with cross functional teams and stich solutions end to end


 Technical Proposal creation
  • Analyze customer's price expectations, indicate technical options in optimized offering

  • Making Proposal as per solution for customer needs
  • Revert within defined TAT
Customer presentation/Solution/ proposal

  • Presentation to customers on his requirement & understanding
  • Defining the scope of work in regards to Airtel deliverables inscope, outofscope etc
Standardization & automation

  • Standardization of product offering, solution and proposal documents.
  • Automation of standard proposal documents basis standard inputs variables customer requirements
  • Solution design
  • Product recommendation

Educational Level

Must have:
BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT

Working Experience

Must have:
Around 5-10+ years' experience in Telecom organization, Pre-Sales.
