  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate/collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed ontime and as agreed
  • Benchmarking clients existing benefits against market practice, providing recommendations on aligning benefits with client needs, developing and implementing solutions
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service and compliance procedures and tools.
  • Support the team to ensure compliance with all specified business management processes

The Requirements

  • MBA/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • 815 years' experience in health and benefits sales
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Innovation and problemsolving skills that include the ability to develop and propose comprehensive solutions to our clients
  • Ability to manage key client relationships
  • A team player with ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust
