Role Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with the consultancy, commercial, design, and software development teams to proactively support and govern our client products and services.
  • Supporting the administration of client work in line with contracts and ensuring it is scheduled in line with agreed standards.
  • Supporting the consultancy and commercial teams on administrative tasks as required.
  • Updating intellectual property and collateral to ensure it is up to date and consistent.
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes as required.
  • Administration of our internal calendars and supporting governance tools.
  • Running reports on agreed key business metrics.
  • Presenting both written and verbal outputs directly to various stakeholders (internally and externally) in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicating with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Providing regular briefings and reports about client risks and issues which affect our business relationship and could impact the future aspirations of our business.
  • Supporting the management and creation of video material with the various teams across the business.
  • Supporting App related tasks such as but not limited to support requests and demo environments.
  • Administration of events.
  • Providing suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and services.
  • Proactively managing our consultancy and commercial related systems is in line with agreed business standards.
  • Ensuring our processes (and supporting policies) are documented in the agreed systems.
  • Maintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibilities.
  • Training staff on our internal systems, standards, policies and processes.
  • Creating and developing intellectual property inline with client requirements.
  • Administrating the core components of our quality standard frameworks, including

ISO:
9001, in relation to the areas of responsibility outlined under the role.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in business management, IT, data protection, or a related field.
  • An understanding of management principles, ideally project management.
  • An understanding of a professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering strong administrative support to teams.
  • Excellent IT and navigational skills throughout Google Workspace.
