Role & responsibilities1.

Developing sales strategies and plans:

It is necessary to develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies and plans, including developing and maintaining relationships with key Accounts, and establishing good business relationships with regional key Accounts;2.


Building a clients rating system:
With experience in operating industry clients rating systems, including rating schemes, honor systems, and client service system construction;3.


Sales performance follow-up: Participate in the formulation of sales performance goals for major clients, and cooperate with agents to follow up on the completion of goals according to the goals;4.


Customer service and relationship management:

responsible for consulting and providing related services to major clients, and promptly handling major client complaints and other matters; Explore the needs of major clients and flexibly and effectively complete sales tasks;5.


Market research and analysis:

Conduct market research to understand market demand and competition, analyze client behavior and needs, and provide a basis for formulating sales strategies;6.


Team building and training:
responsible for team building and training, improving the overall quality and sales ability of the team;7.

Cross departmental collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, coordinate resources, and jointly promote the development of the company's business;8.

Performance evaluation and feedback:
Provide timely feedback on market development and marketing progress, and adjust and optimize sales strategies; Preferred candidate profile1.


Minimum 10 years of customer development and sales experience in consumer electronics, as well as industry benchmark customer sales experience;2.

Have successful experience in implementing tiered grading schemes for client and importing them into the system;3.

Prior team management experience in must4.

Skilled in identifying client pain points, providing targeted value solutions, and identifying opportunities for project growth;5.


Having a certain level of business public relations skills, able to identify key individuals and case value points and provide sufficient feedback;6.

Ability to write reports required for various markets.
