Job Purpose:
As a key member of the D&I team, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Assistant Manager will play a central role in the implementation, facilitation and execution of company-wide DEI and organizational development initiatives; continuing the implementation of our integrated DEI strategy aligned with making Godrej Properties Limited a career development destination for best-in-class talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate opportunities for talent attraction and retention for focus cohorts under GPL's D&I strategy
Work with consultants and external partners to support DEI initiatives, including recruitment, training, executive coaching, competency review, etc.
Create reports in accordance to D&I metrics
Coordinate DEI events, such as conferences and training
Embed best practices by researching and applying DEI initiatives, engaging subject matter experts and internal partners to implement robust programs
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Masters - MBA / Psychology
Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / D&I
Excellent presentation, writing, communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively, think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
High Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)
