Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Establishes relationships with senior leadership, providing support on communication and marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute campaigns across multiple online channels to drive short-term and long-term business goals
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate with agency for creative /writeups/ videos
  • Leverage multiple platforms for customer outreach plans; launch, track and measure (Pardot) campaigns to support lead generation across BUs
  • Identify trends & insights to continuously optimize multi-channel conversions, spendings and performance through data-driven decisions
  • Create designs for print and digital media using photoshop tools
  • Measure and communicate performance of all campaigns and activities, assess ROI and KPIs
